Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other means. You'll be part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other means to resolve their inquiries and concerns * Exceed daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats * Record detailed notes of customer interactions and maintain accurate records * Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide seamless support * Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge * Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment * Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities * Perform other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or GED required * 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively * Proficient in Microsoft Office, cloud-based platforms (such as Salesforce), data entry, and word processing * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with a multi-line phone system * Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly expanding organization * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while still being part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
