Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and Insights: Own analysis in support of care delivery initiatives that drive further precision in our operations or care team capacity planning. Define metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of care delivery initiatives and capacity planning efforts.
 - Data Visualization: Design and maintain visually compelling and intuitive Tableau (or other BI tool) dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
 - Operational Processes: Define operational processes and support system enhancements that drive care team capacity & analytics reporting at scale.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with various care delivery & clinical stakeholders to enhance data visibility and understanding. Collaborate across multiple teams, including care delivery, clinical, analytics, data science, sales operations, and strategic finance.
 - Performance Optimization: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform precise decision-making within Care Delivery and in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, technology, or a similar field, or an equivalent blend of work and certification experience.
 - Analytics Experience: 7+ years of analytics experience, with a strong background in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
 - Technical Skills: Advanced level SQL skills, expert-level Excel modeling & data manipulation skills, and development experience with Tableau (or similar data visualization tool).
 - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Experience: Prior experience working in a clinical, operations, supply & demand planning, or healthcare business or data analyst role.
 - Workday Adaptive Planning: Prior experience with Workday Adaptive Planning software, or similar.
 - Programming Skills: Python/R experience.
