Presidio is looking for a talented Senior Engineer to join our growing Contact Center team. In this role, you will have responsibility for the design, implementation, and support of advanced contact center solutions across multiple vendors, including Amazon Connect, Cisco (U/PCCE), Cisco Webex Contact Center, and Twilio. As a Senior Engineer, Contact Center, you will: * Lead project delivery teams through project life cycles, including design, implementation, and support, across technology platforms. * Develop and share industry best practices. * Utilize knowledge and understanding of Amazon Connect and the associated AWS Ecosystem. * Collaborate with members of our National Contact Center team, contributing to the team's success overall. * Work alongside vendors to successfully deploy their solutions as a subset of our projects. * Become a trusted advisor and partner to our customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support advanced contact center solutions across multiple vendors.
- Lead project delivery teams through project life cycles.

- Utilize knowledge and understanding of Amazon Connect and the associated AWS Ecosystem.

Essential Qualifications:
* Experience with Security and Access Control (SAML/OAuth). * Serverless development experience utilizing complex integrations with various AWS services. * Software development experience utilizing Java, JavaScript, Node.js, or Python. * Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and other toolkits for provisioning resources and development. * Experience integrating Amazon Connect with external CRMs/WFMs such as Salesforce and ServiceNow. * Understand and implement omni-channel solutions, third-party WFO platforms, and CRM integrations. * Proficiency in server virtualization and cloud solutions. * Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills. * Ability to demonstrate analytical and consultative skills. * Ability to apply solutions, technology, and products to a business opportunity. * Ability to work well with others and have a desire to learn new technologies.Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of development experience utilizing Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and/or Python with an ability to write custom applications which interact with multiple APIs.
- Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Platforms.
- SQL Knowledge and understanding of U/PCCE databases.
