Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, propose relevant items, and ignite anticipation about their purchases, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide service that goes above and beyond, addressing customer queries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure designated areas are fully stocked, sanitary, and free from hazards, contributing to a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
  • Sales and Collaboration: Work closely with managers and team members to achieve sales targets, sharing insights and strategies to drive sales growth.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed as a Retail Customer Advisor at blithequark, you should possess:

  • Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old and have a basic level of math competency.
  • Previous Experience: Prior exposure to customer service is essential, with a preference for candidates with retail experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and possess exceptional communication and attentive listening skills.
  • Certifications: Depending on the role, forklift certification may be required, for which blithequark provides training.

Physical and Sensory Requirements
