WFH Entry-Level Data Entry / Online File Clerk (Remote)
We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Remote Data Entry / Online File Clerk both part time or full time to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, organizing, and maintaining digital files and records. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
We are recruiting those who have a background in health care, warehouse worker, delivery drivers, customer service, etc - we welcome all backgrounds so long as you're ready to learn
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter data into internal systems and databases
• Organize, name, and store electronic files for easy retrieval
• Review and verify data for errors or missing information
• Maintain data confidentiality and security standards
• Retrieve files and provide support to other departments as needed
• Perform regular data backups and maintain version control
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
