[Remote] QA Delivery Manager with Strong Healthcare Payer Domain experience

They are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare QA Service Delivery Manager to lead the quality assurance team in ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of healthcare applications. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring efficient testing strategies for healthcare applications. • Develop and implement QA processes, best practices, and automation frameworks. • Oversee testing for payer systems, claims processing, interoperability (HL7, FHIR), and compliance validation. • Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to align QA strategies with business goals. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, FDA, ONC, and other healthcare regulatory requirements. • Define and track quality metrics (defect density, test coverage, automation ROI, etc.). • Lead manual, automation, performance, security, and UAT testing efforts. • Oversee API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, RestAssured) and database validation (SQL, NoSQL). • Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile testing practices. • Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party software quality compliance. • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to QA team members. Skills • 15+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role. • MUST HAVE: HEALTHCARE PAYER EXPERIENCE • Strong background in healthcare domain testing (payer, provider, claims, HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, X12 EDI, etc.). • Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit). • Hands-on experience with healthcare applications (Epic, Cerner, Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge, etc.). • Proficiency in SQL, database testing, and API validation. • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps testing methodologies. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Knowledge of AI/ML in healthcare testing. • Certifications: ISTQB, CSTE, Certified HL7 Specialist, SAFe Agile, or Six Sigma.
