Position Overview
TheCustomer Support Representativeis responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through various communication channels — including phone, chat, and email. You will troubleshoot issues, answer product-related questions, process returns, and ensure every customer interaction reflects Amazon’s high service standards.
This is an entry-level role that includespaid training, remote flexibility, and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate and efficient solutions regarding orders, returns, refunds, billing, and account updates.
Use internal systems and databases to research and resolve customer issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed support.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
Strongproblem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer proficiency — ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
Reliableinternet connectionand aquiet workspacesuitable for remote work.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

No prior experience required— training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
1+ year of experience incustomer service, call center, or retail support.
