About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Platform Architect to join our team. As a CSM Platform Architect, you will play a critical role in proposing, architecting, and leading CSM solution delivery based on the requirements provided by the blithequark team and our clients. You will be responsible for designing holistic solutions that include repeatable designs for productivity, interacting with clients outside of the IT department, and demonstrating a high degree of business proficiency, professional maturity, and poise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their long-term Enterprise goals and design a roadmap for implementing ServiceNow's CSM capabilities, communicating how the platform can help them achieve their objectives
  • Participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities with top enterprise and public sector customers
  • Design the business and technical architecture for CSM solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and leverage ServiceNow best practices and standards
  • Lead and ensure quality delivery of CSM technical solutions, mentoring teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices, and responding to Request for Information/Proposals (RFIs/RFPs)
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities, highlight capabilities, and build multi-disciplinary teams for implementation, configuration, enhancement, and operations of ServiceNow

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical-related field or business management
  • 3+ years of experience working in a client-facing role in a professional services organization, building and designing solutions that have been delivered to the marketplace
  • 4+ years of deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation, or similar technology
  • Experience delivering complex ServiceNow CSM implementations, with multiple stakeholders, and recommending and implementing solutions for exceptional outcomes
  • Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills, with the ability to take responsibility and act independently

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM) & Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL or IT4IT certifications
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Proven team-building skills and ability to motivate others
  • A team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate with all levels of our organization

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $110,000 to $203,000 for Senior Consultants and $140,000 to $258,000 for Principals. In addition to the base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Our compensation practices are fair and equitable, and we consider a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
