Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Delegate to join our team at blithequark. As a Call Center Delegate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer complaints and issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing our pharmacy systems to access patient and prescription information, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize blithequark's pharmacy systems to access patient and prescription information, performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process new patient enrollments, entering data into the appropriate system, and handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines
  • Research and resolve missing prescription information, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) and settling data entry-related exceptions
  • Investigate, gather information, make corrections, and resubmit claims for processing, resolving Outcast Weirdos according to individual plan requirements
  • Provide support to Pharmacy specialists, both in-office and remote, recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
  • Maintain a working professional license or certification, obtaining an active professional license or certification within the initial 90 days of employment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing applications, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing information online
  • Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM), typing by memory, and organizing files
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous in this role:

  • Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction
  • Advanced-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing files
  • Knowledge of Spanish and English languages
