Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and individuals assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with performance standards, policies, and procedures.
 - Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
 - Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
 - Transfer or refer consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines, facilitating seamless transitions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 - Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download, providing timely and efficient support.
 - Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers, ensuring equal access to our services and promoting diversity and inclusion.
 - Escalate calls or issues to designated staff for resolution as needed, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
 - Attend meetings and trainings as requested, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of programs and systems and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED, combined with 6+ months of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 - Strong data entry and telephone skills, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
 - The ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced work environment, executing multiple complex tasks simultaneously and maintaining a high level of productivity.
 - The ability to work effectively as a team member and independently, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
 - Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets is preferred, as well as experience in customer service and call center environments.

To perform this role, you will need:
- A personal PC with a Windows 10 or higher operating system.
 - Home internet with a download speed of 25+ Mbps and an upload speed of 15+ Mbps, hardwired for reliability and security.
 - A PC processor of Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better, with 8+ GB RAM and 256 GB SSD storage.
 - A USB headset with a wired microphone, webcam, and smartphone (Android or Apple) with a working camera and the capability to install necessary applications.
