Job Overview

The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, developing and presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements to support quality control initiatives
  • Assist in developing and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to analyze ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior leadership to make informed business decisions
  • Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding
  • Develop and distribute specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm and validating the necessity of data requirements
  • Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and techniques by monitoring for trends and anomalies
  • Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision
  • May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree and have a strong foundation in data analysis and process improvement. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous internship or co-op experience in a related field is highly desirable. You should also be proficient in PowerPoint and have experience building presentations for verbal communications. A strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling is also preferred, as well as experience with project management tools and techniques.
