Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Data Analysis professional to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our IT Financial Management application team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, performing maintenance and changes on interfaces, and identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Key Responsibilities

• Works directly with the client community and financial stakeholders to define and document data requirements for data integration and business intelligence reporting.
• Determines and documents data mapping rules for development of medium to high complexity data between applications.
• Adheres to and promotes the use of data governance standards.
• Supports data selection, extraction, and cleansing for ingestion into the IT Financial Management application, including data warehouse and data lakes.
• Creates and maintains processes, tools, and ongoing support designs and processes.
• Extracts and analyzes data from specific applications, systems, and/or databases to create reports and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the data.
• Researches and resolves data issues across platforms and applications, including discrepancies of definition, format, and functionality.

Work Commitment

In this role, you will be expected to work as a master-level technical professional, providing expert advice on technical data and blithequark innovations. You will be a consultant on technical data, working closely with stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences, or equivalent experience. A Data Analysis nanodegree or certification is also preferred. Typically, this role requires 8-10 years of experience in a technical profession, with a strong background in data analysis and technical expertise.
