Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages via Email, Amazon, Live Chat, and Text Message, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Customer Communication: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time, advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service, ensuring proactive and personalized communication.
  • Review Management: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets, enabling the company to monitor and improve its online reputation.
  • Other Opportunities: Depending on your level of experience, there is scope to expand your role to cover other aspects of the business, including the growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms, allowing you to diversify your skills and expertise.

Requirements

To succeed as an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant at blithequark, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms, demonstrating your ability to navigate and optimize these e-commerce channels.
