Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and executing growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership, including identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them * Collaborating with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure adequate brand support, including providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends * Leading negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth, including developing and executing sales plans and strategies * Utilizing data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies, including analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth * Overseeing relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content, including developing and executing content strategies and managing agency relationships **What is Required (Qualifications)** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation * Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon * Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to manage P&Ls and make informed decisions * Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage at all levels * Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** While the above qualifications are required, we are also looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications: * Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a deep understanding of the industry trends and challenges * Strong knowledge of digital customers, media, and eCommerce merchandising, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies * MBA or equivalent advanced degree, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field * Proven leadership skills, with a positive attitude and high energy * Aptitude for problem-solving and quick learning, with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities **Skills and Competencies Required for Success** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels * Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities * Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
