Job Overview This Data and Analytics Consultant position supports the Medicaid Coordination of Benefits team, ensuring the accuracy of other essential insurance carrier data and supporting the functions of the coordination of benefits team through data analysis. Key Responsibilities • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into our systems, supporting the Medicaid Coordination of Benefits team. • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency. • Support the coordination of benefits team through data-driven recommendations and solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, business administration, healthcare management). • Insightful and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions. • Knowledge of Medicaid COB data and processes. • Proficiency in QNXT and SQL Server Management Studio. • Independent thinking abilities, with the capacity to work autonomously and make sound judgments. • Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: • 2-3 years of claims processing experience. • High School Diploma or GED.
