As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve:
  • Representing blithequark's interests in government and corporate affairs, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Promoting and selling air travel on blithequark's global network, leveraging your expertise to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets with precision and accuracy
  • Providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
  • Communicating with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, and advising on cancelled or delayed flights
  • Staying up-to-date on new rules, policies, and procedures that affect customers, ensuring seamless communication and support

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training * Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

* Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training * Experience in government and corporate affairs, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends * Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or a related field

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

* Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills * Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems * Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem-solving * High level of initiative, with good judgment and dependability * Satisfactory attendance required
