About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective solutions and services that meet customer needs and align with our technology strategies. You will work closely with our internal teams to provide technical support, training, and education, and will be expected to apply your business acumen and technical expertise to drive results. This is a part-time, remote position that requires a combination of office and rural office work, with flexibility to work in regional centers as determined by business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate, promote, and understand company documentation and plans
• Provide daily practice, training, and education to support solutions and services
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and success
• Collaborate with teams to provide solutions and services that meet customer needs
• Support organizations, groups, and individuals in achieving their goals
• Participate in work and start-up activities, such as training and education
• Apply best practices to provide technological support and lead teams
• Maintain knowledge of new situations, processes, and solutions
Requirements:
• Knowledge of commercial/structure formula based on planning, organization, improvements, and supervision
• Experience with technology, tools, and generations
• Ability to use appropriate encouragement and technologies to meet team needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to define and maintain legal candidates
• Knowledge of Linux and Unix (desired)
• Ability to provide hand administration and improve groups
