Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and certified Front End Pharmacy Technician to join our remote team, based in Pennsylvania. As a critical member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care, processing prescriptions, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
• Enter new prescriptions for patients and process exceptions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Make contact with physician offices and patients to resolve issues, answer questions, or provide information.
• Assist in Back End efforts, such as picking, packing, and manifesting, based on business needs.
• Provide pharmacist call back and/or patient quality assurance support, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Enter patient demographics and prescription information into our data processing system.
• Work with new patient/new referral imaging folders, loading insurance plans and coordination of benefits into our system.
• Participate in reviewing/auditing test claims for new patients/new referrals.
• Handle processing of reorders and emails distribution as needed.
• Provide primary support and expertise for specialized programs, such as ETT or Pharma.
• Perform job responsibilities listed for programs that require special handling or provide support for specific disease states.
Essential Qualifications
• High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.
• Active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy.
• 1 year of work experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, and/or call center settings.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite, and/or similar operating/software programs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
