Key Account Manager - Controlled Environment Agriculture
                                Description:
• Drive sales of Netafim’s CEA product portfolio, including automation, emission devices, and system components.
• Expand Netafim’s footprint in the CEA Specialty Markets by promoting sustainable and innovative solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for revenue, profitability, and market share within the assigned territory.
• Identify new opportunities in CEA markets through market research and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, contractors, and distributors in the CEA space.
• Provide expertise in designing and implementing controlled environment systems to meet customer needs.
• Organize and lead customer-focused seminars, field tours, and product demonstrations to drive engagement and adoption.
• Serve as a technical resource for CEA-specific solutions, guiding customers on automation, and system integration.
• Stay up to date on emerging trends and innovations in the CEA market to inform strategy and product alignment.
• Support customers with troubleshooting and optimization of CEA systems, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the CEA team and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop tailored marketing materials, sales tools, and training resources for CEA solutions.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to position Netafim as a leader in the CEA space.
• Report regularly to management, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities within the CEA segment.
• Support the development of team members by offering guidance, sharing best practices, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with your manager to align team goals with broader company objectives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve success in the CEA market.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product development and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, forecasts, and territory performance using CRM tools.
• Develop and execute a territory-specific plan that aligns with overall CEA team objectives and company goals.
• Travel within the assigned territory to ensure consistent customer engagement and support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or technical roles, preferably within the CEA or irrigation industries.
• Proven knowledge of CEA systems, automation, and emission devices.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally and travel up to 50%, including overnight stays.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
