Process online orders in a timely and accurate manner. Provide exceptional customer service to online shoppers. Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are available for online orders. Communicate effectively with customers via email or phone to resolve any order-related issues or inquiries. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily order processing targets. Keep accurate records of order processing and inventory management. Monitor and report any unusual or delayed orders to the appropriate departments. Follow company policies and procedures for order processing and customer service. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist in training new team members on order processing procedures. Attend team meetings and provide input on process improvements. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations. Keep up-to-date on company products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Troubleshoot any technical issues related to order processing. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to confidentiality, safety, and attendance standards. Proactively identify and communicate ways to improve the order processing and customer service experience.
