Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a Remote Content Safety Agent and contribute to fostering a safer online environment. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in content moderation, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a vital part in protecting users from harmful or inappropriate content, working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze user-generated content (e.g., text, images, videos) against established platform guidelines and policies.
• Accurately identify and categorize policy violations, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, graphic violence, and misinformation.
• Take appropriate action on violating content, such as removal, restriction, or escalation, based on severity and specific protocols.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in content moderation decisions.
• Keep abreast of evolving content trends, policies, and guidelines through continuous training and self-learning.
• Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and participating in calibration sessions.
• Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with resilience and professionalism.
Required Skills
