Client Success Manager - Digital Marketing Agency (Beauty Industry)

We’re seeking a Client Success Manager who’s excited to help our clients hit their booking goals, scale their businesses, and experience world-class support every step of the way.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients — onboarding, providing updates, answering questions, coordinating with our internal team, and ensuring campaigns stay on track to hit goals. You’ll manage day-to-day communication, deliver reports, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Details:
• Remote position (9am–5pm EST)
• Starts part-time with potential to move to full-time
• Requires strong communication, follow-up, and attention to detail
Account Manager & Client Support Duties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ~40 client accounts.
• Handle all client support inquiries that come in via email and text.
• Ensure clients consistently hit their monthly booking goals.
• Proactively develop new offers for clients to drive results.
• Manage the campaign launch process from start to finish
• Monitor account performance and create action plans for underperforming accounts.
• Maintain strong client relationships, high retention, and satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve campaign or booking issues quickly with support from the Ads Manager / Ops Manager.
• Spot opportunities to upsell or expand client services.
• Onboard new clients and lead zoom calls to build rapport and trust.
• Maintain client CRM with up to date notes on client interactions
• Manage all timelines, deliverables, and communication in Asana.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth operations.
• Genuinely care about client success and long-term growth.
• Resolve client escalations with professionalism, grace, and ease.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Quality Assurance
• Review all new campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Verify branding, messaging, offers, and automations match client direction
• Double-check links, forms, landing pages + automations before going live
• Monitor early campaign booking performance to confirm offers are working
• Flag and resolve any technical or creative inconsistencies before or after launch

• Proficiency in Go Highlevel CRM software for managing customer interactions.
Requirements
• Fluent in English.
• Experience managing 30+ accounts
• 2+ years in account management, ideally for a marketing agency
• Clear, friendly, and assertive communicator.
• Experience with client relationship management.
• Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
• Highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Able to make fast decisions in the client’s best interest.
• Comfortable juggling multiple high priorities at once.
• Strategic thinking.
• General understanding of Digital Marketing
• Familiar with Meta ads Facebook Advertising / Ads Manager
• Proficiency in tools like Slack, Asana, GoHighLevel
