As a Clinical Nurse - Senior Consultant, you'll bridge your nursing experience with technology and project leadership to help hospitals and health systems modernize how they manage scheduling, time and attendance, and workforce operations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor during system implementations - ensuring patient care workflows align with new tools, compliance standards are met, and clinical teams are confident using the technology that supports their day-to-day work.
In this role, you will:
• Lead or support workstreams focused on scheduling, time and attendance, and workforce management system implementation.
• Translate clinical workflows into scalable system configurations and training deliverables.
• Design and deliver training programs for clinical and operational end users to promote adoption and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and hospital stakeholders to align system design with patient care and staffing needs.
• Provide hands-on configuration, validation, and testing support within leading HCM/WFM platforms (e.g., UKG/Kronos, Workday, Oracle, symplr, Infor).
• Analyze system performance, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure all solutions comply with healthcare regulations, scheduling rules, and labor standards.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support, serving as a trusted clinical advisor during deployment and stabilization.
• Support change management, communication, and adoption strategies that foster workforce engagement and readiness.
Who You Are:
• Active RN License (Required)
• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting system implementations within a hospital or healthcare setting
• Hands-on expertise with HCM/WFM platforms such as UKG/Kronos, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, symplr, or Infor
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows, scheduling complexities, time and attendance, and workforce compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
• Preferred:
• HCM/WFM certifications (Workday, UKG Dimensions, Kronos, Oracle HCM, etc.)
• Project Management or HR certifications (PMP, SHRM, HRCI)
• Experience developing or leading training programs for clinical and operational end users
