About the Role As the Director of Product for Integrity, you will own the entire Fraud, Trust, and Safety space at DoorDash and drive the product strategy and execution to bring our vision to life. Your primary focus will be on: • Fraud: Keeping DoorDash and our customers financially safe and preventing bad actors from committing fraud on our platform • Safety: Keeping DoorDash customers physically safe and out of harm's way • Trust: Ensuring that DoorDash knows who our customers are and we're able to ensure all actions on the platform are done by authentic and known users Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to prevent fraud, ensure safety, and build trust across our platform • Build a risk platform that centralizes data, rules, ML, and anomaly detection and is extensible throughout DoorDash • Partner closely with our payments team to launch new payments businesses while driving down payment abuse such as chargebacks • Drive customer and financial outcomes by reducing Dasher, Customer, and Merchant abuse in our marketplace • Create new ways for us to know who our users are in a manner that is low-friction and least disruptive • Innovate on new-to-the-industry products like SafeChat+ that keep our customers safe • Manage, develop, and hire a team of all-star product managers • Drive the product definition, strategy, and long-term vision • Partner closely with cross-functional teams of designers, operators, data scientists, and engineers • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences - within teams, to the management team, etc. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: • Deep domain expertise in Fraud, Trust & Safety • A track record of impact – you've been in the trenches and have a proven track record of driving significant, company-wide impact • A bias to action and agility – you move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership and maturity to build (attract, hire, retain) and scale a world-class Product organization • Proven ability to create clarity and focus in complex and ambiguous problem spaces; prioritization and pragmatism • Demonstrated experience in building the team necessary to fulfill the strategy • Customer and experience orientation • 5+ years of experience managing PMs • 8-10+ years of relevant PM experience • 5+ years in a fraud, risk, or payments product Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the tech industry, specifically in a product leadership role • Familiarity with machine learning and anomaly detection • Knowledge of payment systems and regulations • Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive salary range: $173,500 - $289,200 USD, depending on location • Opportunities for equity grants • Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and paid time off • Paid parental leave and several paid holidays Work Environment and Culture: • Remote work options available • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Opportunities for growth and professional development • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Why Join DoorDash?
