What We’re Looking For: • Licensed Nurse Practitioners (APRN/NP) excited about aesthetics and mobile concierge care • Motivated professionals ready to grow with us and be part of a high-impact launch • Providers who value flexibility, quality, and delivering personalized care What You’ll Do: • Administer in-home aesthetic treatments (Tox, Facials, Peels, etc.) with excellence • Build a loyal client base with support from our marketing and tech teams • Complete our streamlined virtual (and optional hands-on) training to get started • Maintain accurate electronic records and follow best practices in care • Collaborate with other providers and contribute to our growing Massachusetts team • Enjoy the freedom to set your own hours and scale your practice your way Why Pinch? Qualifications: • Active APRN license in Massachusetts required; Full Practice Authority (FPA) required • Entrepreneurial aspirations, passion for aesthetics, and commitment to personal growth • Proficiency in social media, networking, and hospitality is advantageous • At the minimum we require a certification in injectables Education and Experience: • Must have: Active APRN license in Massachusetts with Full Practice Authority • Highly regarded: Established network interested in aesthetic treatments • Advantageous: Prior experience or certifications in aesthetics • Enjoy a flexible schedule: Set your availability and work near home • Don't quit your day job: Choose your hours, including options for nights, weekends, or standard business hours • Build community: supportive professional staff and collaborative colleagues • Clinic-in-a-Box: You get everything you need, from insurance & training to technology & marketing support • Have fun!
