Position Overview – Remote Unlicensed Medicare Benefit Advisor

As a Remote Unlicensed Medicare Benefit Advisor, you will serve as a trusted consultant for seniors aged 65 and older, guiding them to the Medicare life and health plans that best meet their unique needs. Operating from a virtual call‑center environment, you will handle inbound inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and conduct outbound sales outreach using pre‑qualified leads supplied by Allstate. The role is open to residents of Arizona, Idaho, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. Successful candidates will receive full support to obtain a General Lines Life & Health (L&H) license within 60 days, at no cost to the employee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls from seniors seeking clarity on Medicare options, providing accurate, compassionate information that builds trust.
  • Escalation Management: Resolve complex or escalated concerns, escalating to senior advisors only when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and productivity targets set by the Aspire Carrier Team.
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately record every interaction in Allstate’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, noting key details and follow‑up actions.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in call‑center opening and closing procedures, contributing to a well‑organized, efficient virtual work environment.
  • Outbound Campaign Calls: Conduct proactive outreach on multiple sales campaigns, presenting plan options and guiding prospects through enrollment.
  • Plan Recommendation & Enrollment: Utilize Allstate’s suite of Medicare products to match customer needs, quoting, presenting, and closing sales while handling objections confidently.
  • Follow‑Up Outreach: Maintain a “book of business,” regularly contacting prospects to nurture relationships and convert interest into enrollment.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required); additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (wired Ethernet preferred) and a dedicated home office space; Allstate will provide all necessary hardware and software.
