  • Preventive Maintenance & Inspection: Conduct scheduled visual and functional inspections of UPS units, batteries, inverters, and associated circuitry; verify compliance with manufacturer guidelines and internal SOPs.
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Rapidly identify root causes of alarms, faults, and performance deviations using diagnostic tools, data logs, and schematics; execute corrective actions to restore full functionality.
  • Repair & Replacement: Perform component-level repairs, battery replacements, firmware updates, and system calibrations on-site or remotely, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, service tickets, parts utilized, and system status in the enterprise CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System); generate detailed reports for management review.
