Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Night

As a Production Technician I – Fill/Pouch, you will be a critical link in the manufacturing chain, ensuring that every product meets Baxter’s rigorous quality standards. Your core duties include:

  • Inspect finished product to verify compliance with specifications, using calibrated tools and blueprints to measure dimensions, color, and other critical attributes.
  • Execute batch, code, and tank changes efficiently, ensuring traceability and compliance with cGMP standards.
  • Develop and follow standard work for troubleshooting, change‑overs, and equipment set‑up, continuously improving process efficiency.
  • Document cleaning activities and maintain a 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) workplace at all times.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate training, mentor new associates, and support Quality Improvement (QI) or VIP programs as needed.
  • Report safety, quality, or mechanical issues promptly to supervisors, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
