Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or be willing to complete the 40‑hour training and competency exam within 45 days of start date.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) with the ability to deliver therapy and documentation in Spanish when required.
• Age & Legal Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Transportation: Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and up‑to‑date auto insurance.
