Key Responsibilities • Fulfill customer requests with corresponding supplies and materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. • Receive, unload, check, and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, customer materials, and retrieve for distribution as requested. • Conduct research to provide answers for customers, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively. • Maintain accurate and compliant customer data, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. • Collaborate with the team to drive success and contribute to the overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications • 6 months or more of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in basic skills and knowledge. • Strong computer experience, with the ability to navigate various software applications and systems. • Data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute. • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems, such as CRM or data management tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
