You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training and coaching programs that equip sales executives and managers with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the commercial real estate industry. Your expertise will help us drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our market share. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deliver training and coaching programs for sales executives and managers on LoopNet products and services * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LoopNet's products, services, and market trends * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and learning and development, to ensure alignment and effective communication * Analyze training and development needs of the sales organization and develop high-impact programs that address business priorities and bridge gaps in knowledge, competency, and skills * Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and other instructional techniques * Act as a sales coach for new hires, providing guidance and support during the pre-production period * Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs * Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to inform training and development programs * Collaborate with internal resources, including recruiting and concierge services, to coordinate activities and support training sessions * Conduct training assessments to measure the accuracy and effectiveness of programs, resources, and tools * Initiate changes based on feedback and/or changes in process **Requirements** * 5+ years of successful sales and/or sales training experience in a corporate setting, delivering instructor-led training * Experience using a learning management system (LMS) to deploy content, manage course offerings, and track learning activity * Bachelor's Degree * Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Experience with instructional design, e-learning tools, and adult learning principles * Familiarity with commercial real estate industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time **Preferred Qualifications** * 3+ years of instructional design experience, working with e-learning tools, preferably Articulate or Captivate * Experience in the commercial real estate or multifamily commercial real estate industries * Experience with consultative, relationship-focused training techniques * Proficient with Articulate 360 Suite, Camtasia, PowerPoint, and Graphic Design * Familiarity with Workday Learning **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, vision, dental, and prescription drug benefits * 401(K) retirement plan with matching contributions * Employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off and tuition reimbursement * On-site fitness center and/or reimbursed fitness center membership costs (location dependent) * Complimentary gourmet coffee, tea, hot chocolate, prepared foods, fresh fruit, and other healthy snacks **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven sales trainer with a passion for commercial real estate, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
