Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction and support to students in various subjects, including Kinder, Early Years, Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, High, SpEd, and Special Ed
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and activities to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and school community, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school administrators to ensure seamless transitions and support
• Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments, educational technologies, and best practices in teaching and learning
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance teaching skills and subject matter expertise

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a substitute teacher with Scoot Education, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A background in education, teaching, or a related field

• A valid 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit or CA Teaching Credential
