You will be a strategic thinker and communicator, with the ability to identify problems and offer solutions quickly, autonomously, and with vast foresight. You will be responsible for developing and implementing global communication plans, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving the execution of business plans and projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement global communication plans to achieve strategic goals, prioritizing and executing work streams within global strategies * Lead 360-degree communication efforts, reaching diverse audiences both internally and externally * Identify and implement new and innovative communication ideas, staying current on industry and business best practices and innovation * Develop strategic communication plans, meeting with senior company officers or participating in cross-functional teams to determine global communication strategy on key reputational drivers * Evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of global communication plans and projects, working cross-functionally to establish metrics and measures of success * Consult with organizations on global communications, developing high-level communication plans to achieve strategic goals * Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects, identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field * 4 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area, or 6 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area * 1 year's supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Supervising associates * Experience supporting executive communications * Pre-existing relationships with consumer and business media contacts * Ability to make complex subjects easily understood through words and visuals * Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong strategic thinking and communication skills * Ability to identify problems and offer solutions quickly, autonomously, and with vast foresight * Experience leading 360-degree communication efforts, reaching diverse audiences both internally and externally * Ability to develop and implement global communication plans to achieve strategic goals * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience driving the execution of business plans and projects * Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas * Ability to work collaboratively and sell big ideas * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Walmart, we believe in rewarding talent and providing opportunities for growth and development.
