About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join our team, responsible for the development and deployment of complex functional objects around the world. As a key member of our team, you will analyze, design, configure, and manage SAP applications, ensuring clear communication on all potential and current project functional issues and providing future-proof solutions. Your role will require you to evaluate application performance for efficiency and effectiveness, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance products, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and data, turning product insights into actionable initiatives, determining rollout strategy, maintaining configurations, and managing risks.
  • Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners to build roadmaps and work closely with engineering to strike a balance between features and technical debt.
  • Analyze data sets, processes, and recommend solutions to stakeholders on how to best leverage the platforms.
  • Build a team environment by encouraging innovation, training, and mentoring others on the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in software engineering, preferably with experience in SAP MM/IP functional experience or related field. A Bachelor of Science and 5 years of SAP MM/IP functional experience or a Master of Science and 2 years' SAP S4 MM/IP functional experience are required. Preferred qualifications include S4 SAP MM, Source to Pay Certification, Coupa/Ariba Procure to Pay Certification, experience deploying cloud procure to pay solutions with complex integrations to ERP systems, building and leading high-performing teams, consulting and advising business partners utilizing detailed analysis, gathering, identifying, defining, and communicating requirements, leading functional or solution development, and a proven track record of successful product creation with measurable and significant business impact.
