2. Formulate sales strategies and promote implementation based on market conditions and industry development trends.
3. Regularly analyze market dynamics and marketing environment, review and summarize and adjust strategies.
4. Formulate and implement regional marketing plans and indicator decomposition to ensure that sales business goals are achieved.
5. Responsible for the achievement of sales goals and market goals in the area under jurisdiction to ensure effective promotion of goals.
6. Responsible for decomposing and issuing annual sales targets and expense budgets, and adjusting them according to the actual situation of the market and the company.
7. Form and lead a cross-cultural team, including recruitment, training, motivation, evaluation and problem solving in the team.
8. Responsible for the daily management of regional sales and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of sales personnel.
9. Regularly organize and implement training on sales skills and product knowledge to enhance the professional ability and competitiveness of the sales team.
