As a Virtual Moderator, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission by creating engaging and inclusive experiences for our participants. **Job Summary** As a Virtual Moderator, you will be responsible for leading various segments throughout the day, engaging participants, and providing technical support to ensure seamless sessions. You will work collaboratively with our team to assess knowledge, skill, and ability gaps and needs within our program, and provide oversight for the review and evaluation of training new Moderators. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with excellent communication and technical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Create segment schedules for Activity Plans, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants * Maintain advanced working knowledge of relevant applications, services, technologies, and team-based productivity tools to drive success * Provide technical assistance with software and/or technology hiccups to maintain an organized session, ensuring that participants can focus on their experience * Oversee necessary paperwork, including material lists, attendance logs, and Medisk hours, to ensure accurate records and compliance * Lead various segments throughout the day, engaging participants and creating a positive and inclusive environment * Support organizational development by working collaboratively with the team to assess knowledge, skill, and ability gaps and needs within the program * Provide oversight for the review and evaluation of training new Moderators, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality support to participants **Requirements** * A High School Diploma or GED * 1+ years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges * Advanced knowledge of computer technology, including but not limited to logging in to a Zoom session, troubleshooting, screen sharing, and muting * Ability to captivate people in attendance with prepared segments, creating a positive and engaging experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team * Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a virtual or remote environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it * Knowledge of relevant applications, services, and technologies, including but not limited to Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office * Experience with training and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices * Certification in a relevant field, such as special education or disability support **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team * Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Strong understanding of the needs and challenges of people with intellectual disabilities, with a commitment to creating inclusive and engaging experiences * Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
