**Job Summary**
As a Virtual Senior Recruiter - Manufacturing/Engineering RPO Consultant, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of recruitment, providing exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients, and leveraging your expertise to connect motivated candidates with meaningful work opportunities in the manufacturing and engineering industries. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about putting people to work and helping others develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills, match them to job opportunities, and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals.
* Build relationships with clients and candidates through social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients.
* Own your workload and take initiative to deliver on commitments without letting distractions get in the way of success.
* Leverage your expertise to grow into an expert and adapt to the fast-paced and changing world of work by asking questions and learning more about your areas of specialty.
* Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms.
* Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
* Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
**Accountabilities**
* Results & Strategy:
+ Leverage knowledge of role design and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge required for success to more effectively market, screen, and present candidates to opportunities.
+ Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
+ Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
* People Leadership:
+ Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes, and technologies.
* Client & Candidate:
+ Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
+ Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
* Thought Leadership:
+ Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms. Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor, and workforce management.
**Qualifications**
* Industry: 5+ years of recruiting experience
* Experience recruiting in the manufacturing industry for a variety of engineers (Mechanical, electrical, process, industrial, etc.)
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
* Nice to Have:
+ Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
+ Management: Experience or exposure to people or project management
