Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing support to our customers, stores, and partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be part of a high-volume contact center that handles millions of interactions annually, and you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

  • Take a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners while utilizing various systems to respond to inquiries and resolve issues.

  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree in a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
