Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and developing programs that increase customer and seller satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve the overall online marketplace experience
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and business groups, to develop and execute programs that drive business results
  • Develop and execute start-to-finish programs focused on driving item adoption and seller services tool development
  • Measure, track, and analyze results, report progress, and continuously improve programs
  • Drive informed independent direction and ensure goal achievement by collaborating with senior leaders to identify objectives, success metrics, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business
  • Develop communication strategies and content, educate stakeholders, partners, and executive leadership on program requirements, and create and implement a program management life cycle
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
  • Proven experience in creating and driving projects, explicitly drivers of growth, working cross-functionally with product and analytics groups
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate with executive-level colleagues
  • Startup attitude: raw, creative, driven, and enthusiastic, with a passion for e-commerce and customer experience
  • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage ambiguity
  • History of delivering results and ability to demonstrate quantifiable impact on business and customer KPIs
  • Experience making data-driven business decisions to support the development and shaping of programs

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA or master's in computer science
