Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Generalist colleague, you are an integral part of bringing the Macy's magic to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise Organization: Maintain department recovery standards, including selling floor and fitting rooms, and update pricing and signage to deliver optimal merchandise execution presentation.

Essential Qualifications

• Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
