Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Handle inbound sales calls, approximately 40 per day, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Utilize our scheduling system to manage your daily schedule, including break times, lunch, team meetings, and training sessions
- Prepare for each shift by reviewing your schedule, logging in, and getting ready to offer a world-class customer purchasing experience
- Contact product suppliers to gather additional information that may not be available on the Wayfair website
- Follow our designated Sales Cycle and call flow, including testing questions, accepting orders, building rapport, and more
- Focus on the customer's needs and consistently look for ways to enhance their experience by upselling or cross-selling relevant products
- Meet our sales success metrics, which will also impact your compensation
- Maintain a distraction-free workspace and stay focused on our customers during your entire shift
- Participate in engagement activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
- High school diploma or GED, with some college preferred
