Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Administrative Assistant at Wayfair, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively managing schedules with the ability to plan and prioritize meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, collaborate with other colleagues, and stay ahead of the curve to maintain efficiency
 - Handling travel arrangements (international and domestic) and making regular updates on a case-by-case basis
 - Managing leaders' expenses and ensuring timely reimbursement
 - Scheduling and coordinating multiple weekly and ad-hoc meetings
 - Communicating with key internal and external contacts in a professional manner
 - Representing the team in a positive and professional manner to individuals outside the organization

 - Acting as a backup for other Administrative Assistants as needed
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications)
 - 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
 - High level of proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools (calendar, mail, drive, docs, sheets, slides, meet)
 - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
 - Ability to be self-assured and provide push-back when necessary
 - Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 - Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and circumstances before they are fully developed
 - High level of discretion relating to confidential information
 
Preferred Qualifications
