Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and families
• Assist with household chores, such as light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
• Provide transportation to appointments and social events
• Engage in activities that bring joy and comfort to our members, such as playing games, watching movies, or going for walks
• Communicate effectively with our members, their families, and our team to ensure everyone's needs are met

Earn Great Pay While Doing Good

As a Papa Pal, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $22/hour, with bonuses available for exceptional performance. You'll also receive mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, depending on your location. With our flexible scheduling system, you can choose from hourly visit opportunities that fit your schedule, typically 2-4 hours each. Requirements:

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Access to a smartphone
• Access to a vehicle 2008 or newer
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required, but a kind heart and a passion for helping others is a must
