As a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative at Workwarp, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our electronic records and providing top-notch customer service to our members. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing quality checks on automated reports, received scans, and electronic filings to guarantee data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
 - Collaborating with multiple departments to obtain and confirm necessary documents, ensuring seamless setup in our Electronic Medical System (EMS) database.
 - Processing members' electronic documents, verifying data for inaccuracies, and resolving discrepancies using standard procedures.
 - Responding to and coordinating field assignments for Interpreters, taking into account location and availability.
 - Facilitating manual mailings for other departments and maintaining accurate records.
 - Moving existing members, auto-enrollees, and dis-enrollments to and from the appropriate line of business lists in the centralized NY State Uniform Assessment System (UAS) for Integrated Products.
 - Performing additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
 - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and follow through on assignments
 - Proficiency in navigating the Internet and working with multiple electronic documentation systems simultaneously
 - Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software errors, with the ability to work with a Technician remotely
 - Experience with electronic patient health information (PHI) databases (medical records databases)
 - Microsoft Excel skills, including editing, searching, sorting/filtering, and formatting using already created pivot tables
 - Data entry and database management experience with Microsoft Excel and other systems/applications
 - Attention to detail, with excellent quality checking and proofreading skills
 - Work experience in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care and medical terminology
