About the Role

This role is a member of the Customer Service Team within the Integrated Operations Division at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise. This position also involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations and delivering personalized solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training for colleagues in areas of expertise
  • Act as a mentor to other Customer Service Representatives
  • Lead teams or coordinate projects to achieve customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve issues and provide support
  • Develop customized solutions for customer complaints, concerns, or feedback
  • Stay informed about daily airline operations, including areas of responsibility
  • Review daily needs according to aircraft/departmental targets and management directives
  • Analyze customer issues that may cause delays, cancellations, or disruptions, and determine appropriate corrective actions
  • Provide technical support as needed to resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Create action plans for customer service projects and pursue detailed attitudes according to estimated needs
  • Collaborate with other blithequark departments, as needed, to accommodate effective and efficient execution of customer service manners

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze technical information and make data-driven decisions
  • Capacity to prepare and deliver presentations that advance acceptance of solutions
  • Ability to connect with internal and external customers effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • A&P license or equivalent certification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software applications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
