About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Analytics Assistant to join our internal Global Treasury Management (GTM) team as part of our Enterprise Functions. As a Remote Data Entry and Analytics Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by researching, gathering, and reporting on key metrics, including work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and other relevant data. You will utilize database queries and spreadsheets to provide insightful reporting and perform various administrative, tool-related, and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our analytics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, gather, and report on work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and other relevant metrics
  • Provide reporting using database queries and spreadsheets
  • Perform everyday administrative, tool-related, and operational manual tasks
  • Coordinate, monitor, and generate daily production of information applied in analytics
  • Regularly acquire guidance from the manager and escalate questions and issues to more senior individuals
  • Interact with the immediate team, peers, and manager on policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

  • 6+ months of Administrative or Reporting experience, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Desired Qualifications

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Access skills
  • Knowledge of reporting, manipulating data, and trending
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets
  • Ability to provide process improvements and troubleshoot issues
  • Knowledge of Monarch Software
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and external agency partners
