Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience to join our team at blithequark. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy to deliver quality products that add value to our customers and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business partners, to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization, and support the execution of product strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Strategy & Planning (40%): Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. This includes setting the overall product vision, collaborating with stakeholders, and prioritizing updates to support the enterprise roadmap.
  • Delivery & Execution (30%): Drive product development by reviewing performance, directing work efforts, and ensuring products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. This includes resolving issues, providing guidance on design, and reviewing product metrics to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
  • People (30%): Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers, attract and retain top talent, and foster collaboration with team members to drive value and identify and resolve impediments.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience and product development.
  • A bachelor's degree in a field related to the job, such as business, marketing, or computer science.
  • Strong knowledge of modern software development practices, agile methodologies, and product management principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and financial data to inform product strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience and product development.
  • Mastery of working as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment, with experience overseeing multiple products.
  • Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels of the organization.
