Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our store partners who are seeking guidance or support. You will work in a fast-paced environment, accepting calls and creating tickets for assistance and follow-up purposes. Key Responsibilities

  • Accepting incoming calls from store partners and responding to their inquiries and concerns
