We strive to create a work environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, and we offer a range of benefits and programs to support our colleagues' personal and professional growth. **What You'll Do Every Day** As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional – Corporate Card Member, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to Corporate and Small Business Card Members through inbound calls, emails, and other channels * Building strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, asking questions, and providing personalized solutions * Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and other elements of blithequark Corporate Card services * Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide world-class customer care, handling objections, and resolving issues in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment * Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures, adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least two years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication * Proven success in a customer service call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction * Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment, with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment * Open availability for scheduling, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred; education benefits available **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficient navigation of web-based environments, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document account information and adhere to Regulatory and Compliance guidelines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to supporting your personal and professional growth.
