**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Conducting third-party verification via incoming calls and email communication to ensure accurate information and exceptional customer experiences
* Implementing new information and procedures efficiently and professionally, with a focus on delivering a consistent level of quality on all calls
* Utilizing multiple systems to access customer information, research issues, and educate customers on our products and services
* Collaborating with trending teams to drive continuous process improvement and develop scalable solutions to support blithequark's mission
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring first-call resolution
* Working cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
* Developing and implementing solutions to support Key for Business' mission and goals
* Assisting with other pods when needed and contributing to the overall success of the team
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* 1+ years of prior customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Prior exposure and confidence in working with upper-level management on a regular basis
* Excellent voice quality and inflection, with a professional, courteous, and patient demeanor
* Ability to foster positive relationships with team members, managers, and internal departments
* Unconventional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions
* Proficiency with learning new technology and system applications
* Ability to work any day or time, with a flexible schedule and open availability
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
* 1-2 years of customer support, data analytics, or similar experience
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Sales Force, and Smart Sheets
* Ability to identify scope and priority of issues and tasks

**Compensation and Benefits**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
